SAMPLE MENU

LIGHT SNACKS

  • Service with cured salami and smoked meats, aged and fresh cheeses, pickled and fresh vegetables, with an assortment of table crackers

  • Served with an assortment of mustards, sesame peanut butter dip, beer cheese, and pickles

  • Mexican fondue of melted cheese, chorizo, and green chilies

  • Spiced peanut butter pretzel nuggets, mixed nuts, wasabi peas, and bar mix

  • Aged and fresh imported and domestic cheeses; assortment of breads, preserves, table crackers and fresh fruit

MAIN DISHES

  • Fresh-baked bun, 1/3 pound ERF grass-fed burger cooked on site

    Your Choice of 2 Sides: Jimmy G’s pasta salad, green beans, baked beans, fresh grilled seasonal veggies with basil cream sauce, homemade cole slaw, broccoli salad

    Garnishes: Swiss, cheddar, bleu, and American cheese, lettuce, fresh and grilled onion, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, Jimmy’s famous smoked bacon jam

  • Choice of 2 ERF Meats:

    Served with warm tortillas, refried beans, spicy Mexican rice, Mexican street corn

    Garnishes: Sesame purple cabbage slaw, Peter Piper’s pickled peppers, Yucatan pickled red onions, fresh cilantro, home-grown fresh red salsa, green verde salsa, mixed cheeses, sour cream, jalapeños

  • Fresh-baked bun, pulled pork with choice of 2 sides and served with slaw

    Sides: Baked mac and cheese, baked beans, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob (in season), corn pudding, slaw, homemade cole slaw, broccoli slaw, spicy blue cheese cole slaw

  • Penne Rigate with choice of 2 sauces: light tomato sauce, Bolognese or Creamy Alfredo

    Served with fresh bread and salad

    Garnishes: Grated Reggiano Parmesan, Roasted Garlic Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Basil.

LATE NIGHT

  • Cincinnati-style hot dog with cheese, chili, onions

  • Artisanal chocolates, flavored marshmallows, and specialty graham crackers

  • Assortment of classic cookie flavors, chocolate chip and peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia. Made right here in our kitchen.
